My Neck

All the while my head made a 30 degrees up towards monitor as of there's a small inclination. More than two years has passed by, the neck became stiff. Today I lifted up my seat a little bit and my head now is 30 degrees down facing the screen. It's not even one day till I can get the result, but my back is already screaming. It's hard not to bend down with that position and I'm afraid my spine won't be as firm as it is by taking this position too long. Setting up a straight horizontal line between the two does not solve the issue either.

At this very time all I think of :
1. How good it is to work from home. Every time neck feels so weary, I can lay down for few minutes before I continue on my work.
2. The massage in Bangkok that only cost me around 8SGD/hour with effect lasts for hours.
3. Yoga neck exercise. It's actually very easy and effective but not that convenient to do in the office as people may stare at me while on the other hand, with lots of pleasure things queueing up in the line, it's so difficult to commit at home.
